DICOS EscAL is our product for escalation management and active alarming.
EsCAL supports alarming via EMail, SMS and other media and provides interfaces to receive alarms from all relevant systems in network and systems management.
EscAL is available in a generic version with open interfaces (SNMP, SYSLOG, and a customizable open interface) that can be used with almost any kind of event/alarm source.
Furthermore, with EscAL for SPECTRUM and EscAL for NETCOOL we provide two "turnkey" versions - specially adapted to CA SPECTRUM and IBM Tivoli Netcool respectively.
