This DICOS motto underlines our idea that each and every project needs a vision to become successful.

Based on this, we support our customers already in the phases of requirements analysis and project definition. So, jointly with the customer, we define a project goal, a vision, that we can keep in sight during the scope of the project.

We are more than happy to make ourselves available for our customers in later phases of the project for implementation services.

ITIL, the IT Infrastructure Library, gains more and more importance when dealing with concepts for IT Service Management. Far more than 15 years of experience have been collected in this library and the results are constantly improved by practitioners.

DICOS makes uses of ITIL concepts when consulting our customers - we are member of the German chapter of the IT Service Manageent Forum.
