Sometimes even today's broad product spectrum does not offer all the functionality needed to fullfill the project goals - or to meet the vision.
DICOS stands for Development and Integration of Communication Systems.
That means that software development is a top priority for us, and we can make sure that all aspects of a solution are covered.
Development in the scope of our partnerships
For many years DICOS has been developping management modules for SPECTRUM as well as other applications enhancing SPECTRUM's value proposition. These add-on products are marketed by DICOS; CA or other SPECTRUM-partners europewide.

Also for many years, DICOS is responsible for development and Level-3-Support for Netcool's Q3-Probe. We could give continous support to Netcool customers also after the acquisition of Micromuse by IBM. The Q3-Probe is resold through IBM's normal sales channels.
Development specifically for our customers
Within in the area of our competence, we develop individual software specifically for our customers. Depending on the customer's needs, we implement add-ons for existing software, develop complete software systems or take over the maintenance and extension of existing applications.
Development for the market
We are often confronted with requirements similar to multiple customers. From time to time, we pick up such requirements and develop a productized solution that we offer to the market.
Examples for such products are DICOS EscAL and DICOS PAM.
