A small choice of customer references :

The central IT provider for the federal state of Brandenburg in north/east Germany uses Tivoli Netcool as the central monitoring tool for the "Landesverwaltungsnetz", the state administration network. Furthermore it is used for monitoring the server infrastructure and key applications. In case of problems, DICOS EscAL is used for alarming the staff on duty via SMS or EMail.
  The IT department of Deutscher Ring Lebensversicherung AG uses  DICOS EscAL as the central tool for alarmierung and escalation. With the introduction of EscAL, cost for for on duty staff at night could be reduced significantly: a targeted alarming in case of problems via SMS or voice message made nightly presence of stafdf members unnecessary.

Mainova, Frankfurt public utility company, has bee a DICOS customer for many years and uses SPECTRUM with several extensions  as well as eHealth for network management. Alarming is done by DICOS EscAL.

With consulting and technical support by DICOS, Merck KGaA has finished the Migration from IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console to IBM Tivoli Netcool with full success.

As a result of this project, IBM Tivoli Netcool is used as the central event management system for Merck worldwise since end of 2009.
Stadt Wuppertal

The IT department of the city of Stadt Wuppertal uses Spectrum to manage their network with more than 300 sites - enhanced by  DICOS PAM für port related access control.
