Our understanding to offer a complete solution and support this during the complete project lifecycle implies that we provide ongoing product maintenance and hotline phone/email support.
In our Support-Hotline, trained specialistst are available for you to help solving problems or discussing "how-to" questions. Using modern web-based technology, we can log directly into your system, provided that such access is in accordance with your security policy.
These supports services usually is provided based on maintenance contracts. When required, our specialists of course also can assist on site.
