The successful implementation of products is impossible without the appropriate training. Only a good knowledge of functionality and usage of a software products allows for an effective deployment.

 

For product training, we cooperate with the training centers of the vendors. That allows us to offer our customers trainings run by certified trainers, based on vendor authorised material. Of course, DICOS remains your main point of contact.

 

 

Upon deployment of a solution, it often makes sense to arrange for an introduction into the actual usage of the product(s) in the customers environment. DICOS can prepare customised workshops, combining product knowledge and information about the specific usage in the project.

Furthermore, we are a CA training partner. Our certified engineers run trainings for Spectrum and eHealth within the CA training schedule, which can be found here.
