At DICOS, social commitment is not a one-time initiative, but an integral part of our corporate culture. In 2025, we are once again consciously taking responsibility and supporting organizations that work every day to help people and animals in need through our charity campaign.
This year, we are donating a total of €3,000 to two organizations from Darmstadt whose work has particularly impressed us: Mäander individuelle Jugendhilfe and Tierschutzverein Darmstadt und Umgebung. Both organizations will receive €1,500 each.
Why We Get Involved.
As a company, we benefit from stability, collaboration, and trust – values that cannot be taken for granted. That makes it all the more important for us to give something back. Social and non-profit organizations make an enormous contribution to our society, often behind the scenes and with great personal dedication.
With our annual charity campaign, we aim to make this work visible and provide targeted support.
Mäander individuelle Jugendhilfe: Help in Challenging Life Situations
Mäander supports girls, young women, and young mothers who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and require professional assistance. The goal is to create individual support services that offer guidance, stability, and new perspectives.
We were particularly impressed by Mäander’s holistic approach, which places each individual and their personal story at the center. Our donation of €1,500 is intended to directly support this valuable work.

Tierschutzverein Darmstadt und Umgebung e. V.: Taking Responsibility for Animals
The Tierschutzverein Darmstadt und Umgebung is deeply committed to protecting, caring for, and rehoming animals in need. At the animal shelter, many animals find a temporary home, receive medical care, and are lovingly looked after until they can be placed with responsible new owners.
Animal welfare means responsibility – for living beings who cannot speak for themselves. That is why we are also supporting the association with €1,500.
Our most beautiful moments are, of course, the days when our animals find a new home and are picked up by their future families.
