Neue Kollegen, alte Regeln: KI-Agenten in bestehenden Prozessen | DICOS
You have to explain processes and rules to new employees. Through interaction, they learn about boundaries and trust builds up. It’s the same with AI agents. How do procedural instructions and AI fit together? And what happens to classic automation or orchestration? How can AI agents and existing systems work together? Do you – or your security team – trust such solutions? And finally: what if your process documentation could think? In this talk, we explore these questions and put the pieces together into a solution.
This talk will be held in German.
9.40 am

Never change a running system? – Doch. | Mainova
“Never change a running system”—a principle that, in practice, often holds true for longer than planned. This presentation shows how an established monitoring environment centered on Spectrum, PAM, and EscAL was successfully modernized. From analyzing the initial situation and addressing customer-specific challenges to implementation—including data migration, new features, and the current outlook.
This talk will be held in German.

APIs: From Integration Tool to Business Strategy – Why API-first is becoming a key success factor for digital business models and AI | DICOS
APIs have evolved from technical integration tools into strategic building blocks of digital business. They enable new customer experiences, digital ecosystems, innovative business models, and provide the foundation for AI-driven applications and agents.
But rapid API growth also creates new challenges around visibility, security and governance. This session explores why organizations need to think API-first and how API management and governance can help turn growing API landscapes into business opportunity.

FIFTEEN YEARS ON BROADCOM LAYER7 – A WILLIAM HILL STORY, TOLD BY THE PEOPLE WHO LIVED IT | William Hill & DICOS
William Hill has run its APIs on Broadcom Layer7 API Management for fifteen years, across three platforms and four changes of ownership.
This is an interview, not a presentation. Vince Baker of DICOS asks the questions. Stephen “Chip” Carpenter of William Hill, who has worked on the platform since its first day, answers them.

Cloud-Shift des Telefon-Interfaces eines Personalplanungstools | Vodafone
Vodafone provides insights into migrating the phone interface of a workforce planning tool for a major German logistics company: moving from a physical hardware environment in their own data centre to the AWS cloud. The focus is on the specific challenges and the approach taken for this migration.
This talk will be held in German.

Observe Anything. Own Everything. | DICOS
A modern observability platform based on proven open-source software and design principles. Modular, GitOps-driven, without black boxes, and adaptable to your own needs at every level. Drawing on experiences from real customer projects, DICOS shows what such solution can look like – from Flow via OpenTelemetry, application logs, and traces, to classic SNMP handling.

Parallel Sessions
Breakout Session: From API Sprawl to Agentic Agility: Why API Governance Is Your First Line of Agentic AI Strategy | Boomi
As AI agents move from prototype to production, they don’t just consume data – they call APIs, trigger workflows, and make decisions at machine speed. Without solid API governance, unpredictable, unscalable agents are the result. This session shows why API governance is the strategic foundation of any agentic AI initiative – covering visibility, design standards, lifecycle discipline, and access control at the API level.
2.20 pm

Parallel Sessions
Breakout Session: Network Observability – Modernisierung und Sicherung von DX NetOps | Broadcom
This session focuses on the transition from traditional monitoring to holistic network observability with DX NetOps. The targeted, strategic modernization of the platform is intended to provide even better insights into hybrid networks in the future and to monitor the IT infrastructure with the highest level of security.
This talk will be held in German.

Parallel Sessions
Breakout Session: Work Smarter, Not Harder: Slash Incident Resolution Times by combining Automation with Agentic AI | Broadcom
In today’s highly complex enterprise environments, every second counts when an incident occurs. Operational friction and manual troubleshooting can turn minor hiccups into major production bottlenecks.
Join us in this session, where we will unpack Broadcom’s posture on Agentic AI with Enterprise Orchestration. We will explore how moving beyond traditional script execution to embrace “Agentic AI”—systems capable of autonomous decision-making—will fundamentally transform how your IT operations team resolves issues.
You will see how this powerful combination of Automic Automation and Agentic AI slashes Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), eliminates operational friction, and empowers your engineers to focus on innovation.

Breakout Session: An Introduction to Agentic Security with AgentMinder | Broadcom
2.55 pm

Parallel Sessions
Breakout Session: Manövrieren Sie versiert durch die Herausforderungen moderner SaaS Umgebungen
In a world where responsibilities aren’t clearly defined and overlap unchecked, it’s difficult to determine who is ultimately responsible for the quality of complex services and applications. The answer isn’t straightforward and can range from “everyone” to “no one.” Nevertheless, everyone turns to you as the person in charge of monitoring. In the end, you need to have the right answers ready.
This talk will be held in German.

Parallel Sessions
Breakout Session: Migration & Betrieb von Automation: Case Study. | DICOS
Automic Automation—from installation to maintenance to migration: Onboarding, Monitoring, Maintenance—standardized tools with customized system configuration. How standardized solutions are implemented without limiting specific automation requirements.

KI-gestützte Self-Care Portale | DICOS
AI makes customer self-care portals more efficient, user-friendly, and powerful. Customers receive fast, personalized support and can resolve many issues on their own, while companies reduce service costs and ease the burden on their support teams. Especially with complex portals, AI helps mask the system’s complexity: Users simply describe their issue in natural language and are directed straight to the relevant information or functions. Through integration via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the AI can also securely and consistently access various backend systems. As a result, it doesn’t just answer questions but also assists in the direct execution of processes. This transforms the self-care portal into an intelligent digital assistant that sustainably improves the customer experience.
This talk will be held in German.
4.15 pm

Roundtable – Monitoring & Observability: Mehr Daten, aber wirklich mehr Transparenz?
Monitoring generates more data today than ever before. And yet, teams still struggle with blind spots and isolated dashboards. In this panel discussion, customers, vendors, and DICOS experts will discuss how to break down data silos, bring teams and tools together—and what role standards and platforms play in this process.
This discussion will be held in German.
